You can pick up frozen rodents from Wollongong when you spend $50 or more! This is our residential address and you will need to arrange a time with us! Shipping Frozen Rodents

At Fuzzy Fox we need to do everything possible to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition! This means we need to have a minimum order of $100 to ensure appropriate thermal mass while in transit! We have a fixed shipping rate of $14.95 and free shipping on orders over $250.

Rodent shipping days are Monday and Wednesday every week and your order needs to be in by 9am at the latest if you would like it shipped that day!

Shipping your snake

We ship overnight to most of NSW with packages arriving by mid morning the following day. If you live in a more rural area or far west NSW it may arrive the following day! If you live in a rural part of N.S.W or another state please email us at sales@fuzzyfox.com.au for a custom shipping quote!

Our shipping days are Monday- Wednesday. Reptile orders placed before 10am usually get shipped the same day.
Reptile orders placed after 10am, will be shipped the following day and orders placed after 10am on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday! You may request an alternate shipping day by emailing us at sales@fuzzyfox.com.au to let us know what day works best for you.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no extra charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!
